Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped between 2-3 days after order is placed. Shipping is based on the weight of the items and pricing is set by the carrier.
International Custom Fees
Please be aware that we are a US based online store, so there may be additional fees if you are ordering outside of the US. I do not have any control over these fees and cannot lower the cost of them.
When you place your order, you are agreeing to the custom fees. If you do not wish to pay the fees to your postal service, the order will be sent back to me. Please reach out so we can process a refund, however shipping costs will not be refunded because it was paid already to be sent out to you.
Concerns, Cancelations, and Damaged Products
If anything needs to be canceled or you have a concern, please reach out on the contact form and I will get back to you ASAP. However, if you wish to cancel an order after the order has been processed and shipped, I am unwilling to do so.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out through the contact form so we can discuss a solution.
